Same Day Delivery:

Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 12 pm daily, excluding Sundays and Saturdays. Orders received after this time will be processed the following business day. Please note that during peak seasons or holidays, delivery times may vary.

Delivery Timelines:

For standard shipping, please allow 1 business day for processing and handling before your order is shipped. Once shipped, delivery times may vary depending on the destination. We strive to ensure prompt delivery, but please understand that unforeseen circumstances or driver delays or traffic may affect delivery timelines.

Shipping Rates:

Shipping rates are based on distance and will be calculated at checkout. Our rates are as follows:

1-30km: R150
31-40 km: R200
41-50 km: R250
51-60 km: R300
61-70 km: R350
71-80 km: R400
81-90 km: R450
91-101 km: R500
These rates are applied according to the delivery distance from our location. Please note that the rates may vary for express or specialized delivery services.

Delivery Restrictions:

We currently deliver within Gauteng. Unfortunately, we do not deliver to P.O. boxes.

Delivery Confirmation:

Upon successful delivery, you will receive a confirmation email. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery or provide specific instructions for drop-off if needed.
